Meeting Point: Our journey begins at the entrance of the National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Sofia. Look for me holding a sign that says "Mateo's Craft Workshop." Duration: The workshop will last approximately 4 hours, including a folklore introduction and the hands-on crafting session. Dress Code: Dress comfortably in clothes that you don't mind getting a bit of clay or paint on. Aprons will be provided. Language: The primary language of instruction will be English, with Bulgarian translations available upon request. Group Size: To ensure a personalized experience, group sizes are limited to 8 participants. Booking Confirmation: Bookings must be confirmed at least 5 days in advance. A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due on the day of the workshop. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee. Health & Safety: Participant safety is our top priority. Please inform us of any allergies or special requirements in advance, and we will make every effort to accommodate them. We follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Weather Conditions: Our activities may take place rain or shine, so please come prepared for all weather conditions. We'll provide umbrellas and indoor alternatives in case of inclement weather.
