Meeting Point: Our historical discovery will commence at the entrance of Bratislava Castle, overlooking the picturesque Danube River. Look for me holding a sign with the tour name. Duration: The duration of our cultural experience will vary depending on the selected itinerary, ranging from half-day city tours to full-day excursions to historical sites and landmarks across Slovakia. Specific details will be provided upon booking. Dress Code: Dress comfortably and in layers, as our activities may involve both indoor and outdoor components. Participants are encouraged to wear sturdy walking shoes and bring a light jacket or umbrella for unexpected weather changes. Language: The primary language of instruction will be English, with Slovak translations available upon request. Ahoj and welcome to Slovakia! Group Size: To ensure an intimate and personalized experience, group sizes are typically limited to 8 participants. Booking Confirmation: Bookings must be confirmed at least 5 days in advance. A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due on the day of the tour. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee. Health & Safety: Participant safety is our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance, and we will make every effort to accommodate them. We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Weather Conditions: Our cultural activities may take place rain or shine, so please come prepared for all weather conditions. We'll provide umbrellas and indoor alternatives in case of inclement weather.
